Shes not a skinny little white girl in a mini skirt!!!
Scout is supposed to be fast as hell, and fragile, thus the lack of clothing.
She originally was the bagpipes one haha. Her hair went down to her butt and she had 2 bats in her bag, i felt it didnt make sense to have spares and the hair just seemed kinda stupid after looking at it for a while.
As always, critique is welcome.
